Designing a family home 

A young couple with their cat, needed an easy and very practical home. 

This beautiful house had a very good bone over dated details. 

What we try and focus, to respect all the architectural character, during redesigning this  60's house. 

We change the layout in downstairs, create modern and open kitchen and private study.

Another change was first floor layout. We create a master with walking closet. In order to doing that, we break down one of the wall in between two rooms. Also closed the exist door to having more space for the cabinets.

Another change was adding smallest but cutest bathroom for the guest room.

The rest of design was up dating those details which was not belong today, This project was a "less is more"... As you see, as a LaTr team we nailed it :)
