Forming the project brief where key objectives are outlined, design and construction programmes are formed, and a budget is agreed upon.

02. Schematic Design

Gathering and refining initial ideas to form a unique design concept. Sketches, preliminary plans and material swatches are presented to communicate design intent.

03. Design Development

Developing the schematic ideas into a fully functional design solution, including spatial planning, joinery design and the selection of finishes, fittings and lighting.

04. Contract Documentation

Preparing a comprehensive documentation package for relevant approvals, certification, pricing and construction.

05. Tender

Tendering your project to builders and facilitating negotiations on your behalf. We make changes if necessary, and push for the best possible outcome within your budget.

06. Construction Admin

Overseeing the build process to ensure that the work runs on time, to brief and to budget. Here we resolve any issues that may arise and upon completion, prepare a defects list

07. FF&E Selection

Selecting bespoke and project specific furniture, rugs, art and accessories. We also thoughtfully integrate existing possessions with new purchases.
